The general inquiry form collects your name, email, selected service, optional organization, and message. When you submit, Formspree processes and stores this information and sends it to Gubuan so we can reply. The website displays a confirmation only after the form service accepts your submission.

When you complete checkout, Stripe collects payment and contact information according to the checkout settings. After payment, All five paid services use direct website forms processed through Formspree. Direct forms collect your name, email used for payment, selected service, question or appointment topic, preferred appointment times, and any background, previous attempts, or goals you include. Formspree processes and stores these submissions and sends notifications to Gubuan. Gubuan will receive the service and transaction information needed to fulfill the purchase. We do not receive or store your full card number on this website.

How information is used

Gubuan uses information you send to respond to inquiries, provide the purchased guidance, arrange agreed services, confirm and manage payments, address refunds, and keep records needed for the business. General inquiries are not added to a marketing list by this website.

Platforms and sharing

Website hosting, email, and payment providers may process information to operate their services, including technical or access logs. This site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites; email is handled through the email provider; payments are handled through Stripe; direct question forms are processed through Formspree. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies.

Stripe’s privacy policy explains its handling of payment information. Information may also need to be shared to comply with lawful requirements or to protect legal rights and safety. A separate service agreement may describe additional sharing for a larger consulting engagement.

Tracking and storage on this website

This website does not add advertising trackers, marketing analytics, or local browser storage for your inquiry. The service finder operates in the page and does not transmit your choices. Hosting or sign-in providers may use their own cookies or technical data to operate access and security.

The website requires you to acknowledge the Service Terms and Privacy Notice before continuing to checkout. This checkbox is not stored by the website. Stripe maintains its own transaction records.

Sensitive information and students

Do not include student names, confidential school records, health information, financial account details, legal case details, or other protected information in the Quick Question text field. The checkout is for a brief general question, not for uploading records.

Paid purchases are for adults age 18 or older. A parent or legal guardian may inquire on behalf of a student. This service is not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent information directly, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

Retention, requests, and security

Gubuan keeps correspondence and transaction records as reasonably needed to deliver services, resolve issues, and meet applicable business and legal requirements. Different providers may retain their own records under their policies.

You may email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you sent. Some records may need to be kept for legal or transaction purposes. Electronic communication has security risks, so please keep initial messages general.
